Sports Physicals are offered at a discounted rate of $30. Appointments are available and walk-ins are welcome. Patient is responsible for bringing paperwork with parent's signature to the visit.
Blood Pressure Screenings
Blood pressure checks with one of our nurses are free at all times. Walk in at any time to have your blood pressure screening!
Drug Testing
We offer rapid urine drug testing with results in less than 15 minutes.
