Seaside Family Medicine is a family-owned primary care practice with locations in Summerville and Florence, South Carolina. We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care that is convenient and accessible. With extended office hours and same-day or timely appointments whenever possible, our goal is to ensure you can see your provider when you need care most without long wait times.

Our practice includes both adult and pediatric providers, making it easy for the entire family to receive comprehensive care in one location. We offer preventive wellness visits, sick visits, and ongoing management of chronic conditions, allowing you to build a lasting relationship with your healthcare team.

For our pediatric patients, we accept most major insurance plans. We are also excited to announce that beginning in Fall 2026, we will be in network with Cigna, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare, expanding access to care for even more families.
